since we run limited drops, every sale is final — no returns, no exchanges, no swaps once an order is placed. double check your size before you check out.

item arrived damaged or wrong? — email runawaydept@gmail.com with your order number and a photo, and we’ll sort it out.

the tees

material — 220gsm heavyweight cotton blend, cut oversized. 54% cotton / 40% polyester / 6% spandex.

availability — each design drops in a limited quantity. once it’s gone, it’s gone — we don’t restock.

washing — cold wash, inside out, gentle cycle. dry in the shade, never in direct sun. iron inside out on low heat if needed.

runawaydept.com is the only place we sell. no pop-ups, no resellers, no other stores.

shipping

malaysia — shipping is on us, always free.

processing time — orders go out within 48 hours on weekdays. you’ll get a tracking number by email once it’s on the way.

wrong address? — let us know before we pack your order. once it’s shipped, we can’t redirect it.

tracking says delivered but nothing showed up? — that’s on the courier’s end, but email us your order number and we’ll help chase it down.
