runaway (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates exclusively through runawaydept.com. we are an online-only store — we don’t operate a physical retail location, and we don’t sell through any third-party platforms, marketplaces, or resellers.

orders & pricing

all prices are listed in myr and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. we reserve the right to change prices, product listings, or availability at any time without prior notice.

placing an order does not guarantee stock availability. in the rare case an item sells out before your payment is processed, we’ll notify you and issue a full refund.

we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion — including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or abuse of limited-drop quantities.

payment

payments are processed securely through our third-party payment providers. we do not store your card or banking details on our servers. by completing a purchase, you confirm you’re authorized to use the selected payment method.

shipping

shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees. once an order is handed to our courier, delivery is outside of our direct control. full shipping details are on our faq page.

returns, exchanges & refunds

as a limited-drop store, all sales are final. we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind or incorrect size selection. please refer to our size chart before ordering. exceptions are made only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect — contact us at runawaydept@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.

intellectual property

all designs, graphics, logos, and content on this site are owned by runaway and may not be reproduced, copied, or used commercially without our written permission.

limitation of liability

we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our site or products, to the fullest extent permitted by law. our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.

changes to these terms

we may update these terms from time to time. continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.

governing law

these terms are governed by the laws of malaysia.
